About Clark Hill

Clark Hill is a broker associate at Pinnacle Estate Properties and has consistently been a top agent during his career. He has been helping buyers and sellers in the San Fernando Valley and surrounding areas since 2004. Clark is also a certified e-Pro, establishing his knowledge and commitment to the use of technology in the world of real estate. Clark is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, for which he has served as vice chair of the Education Committee and founding chair of the Young Realtor Committee.

Transaction experience includes trusts, probates, loss mitigation, 1031 exchanges, and REOs. Clients have included doctors, engineers, lawyers, real estate developers and brokers, government employees, non-profit organizations, and more.

Clark was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. He is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara with a bachelor’s degree in communication. He lives in Lake Balboa with his wife, son and dogs. He believes strongly in property ownership and owns several properties in the area.

In addition to real estate, Clark enjoys time with his family, water and snow sports, travel, non-fiction, and film.
